As the Global Head & Vice President, Digital Marketing, Sales & Growth at Scotiabank, Nicole is responsible for Scotiabank’s global digital marketing, acquisition and growth strategy, and operations across all lines of business and geographies. She oversees the global martech strategy and enablement, and has been a pivotal contributor to the bank’s overall digital transformation.
Focused on building high-performance teams and driving fast-paced growth for companies, Nicole has led marketing organizations for global enterprise software and technology companies, including SAP, LinkedIn, Descartes Systems Group, Cube Route Inc., Platform Computing, Delano Technology Corp., Psion Teklogix, Hummingbird Communications and more.
She also serves on the advisory board of Scotia Women’s Initiative and as Board Chair of North York General Hospital Foundation. As well, she is the Founder & Executive Director of The Maddie Project, a youth mental health not-for-profit, and a Strategic Advisor at a number of start-up organizations, including Talentoday and PieSync (acquired by Hubspot). In 2017, Nicole was recognized as an Urban Hero by Inside Toronto and received the Community and Charitable Giving Award by BMO Celebrating Women.
