Adding a child’s name or photo to NYGH’s Baby Block Wall is a thoughtful way to celebrate the birth of a child or grandchild. Each name becomes a part of NYGH’s history, while your gift supports a future of exceptional care for mothers and babies in our community.
With a $125 gift, you will receive:
- Your child’s name and date of birth inscribed on our Baby Wall
- A customized wooden baby block, engraved with your child’s name, initial, date of birth and weight, mailed to your home.
- A charitable tax receipt for $85 as per CRA requirements.
With a $1,000 gift, you will receive:
- All of the above, PLUS your child’s photo featured on a Big Block on the Baby Wall.
- A charitable tax receipt for $1,000.
When you donate to the Maternal Newborn Program at North York General, you’re supporting our most urgent needs — things like new and replacement equipment that help our physicians and staff deliver exceptional care to newborns and new moms.
Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery of the keepsake wooden baby block. The Foundation will contact you to arrange adding your child’s photo on a Big Block.
