Five resolutions to improve our health care system
A new year inevitably brings New Year’s resolutions. Often our resolutions are about improving our personal health. However, in many cases the ability to improve our personal health relies on a high performing health care system. There is a lot to be proud of in our health care system and there are always opportunities to improve the care we deliver to the community.
Dr. Joshua Tepper, President and CEO of North York General Hospital offers Toronto Star readers his five New Year’s resolutions to improve the performance our health care system. Just like our personal resolutions we need to commit to adopting these practices consistently and broadly in order to truly make a difference.
